RE: Bag Life

Instead of glycerin how about Silicone spray? It might be easier to put on.

Memory chips/cards

Several questions come to mind caused by the profusion of cards on the market.
Brand, which is the best/has the best reputation?
What is the difference between Untra II, III, SDHC, etc. It is easy to become confused.
Personally, I have had the best luck with Sandisk Ultra II SDCH

RE: Keyboard needed for ibook laptop

Any keyboard with a USB cord should work. I use the one from my iMac G-5 or the Apple wireless one with no problems.

RE: What do you mean "Big Rig" friendly?

Get a truckers atlas or a
Trailer Life atlas. Routes are marked that are Big Rig Friendly

Long Beach, CA to Lexington, MA

This might be early but next June we will go to Lexington, MA. I'd like to go via Knoxville, TN to I-81 and up to Gettysburg. I had intended to use I-40 across but have heard horror stories about Oklahoma and Arkansas,
Any other route suggestions that won't tear a 33 5th apart?
Any info on in-progress or planned road repairs?
My alternative seems to be I-10 & 20 till Miss. and then go north.

Delamionation

My 9 yr old trailer has several sopts on one side where the fiberglass/or whatever is strarting to bubble out. Probably due to the OSHA changes in glues. One repair that i was told about consists of drilling one or more small holes at the top of the bubble and injection a glue into the space. Work it around and then prop a board against the bubble to hold it inplace. Hold the board in place with a weighted ladder or what ever works.
Does anyone know of/recommend the type/name of the glue to use?
Does anyone have a better method of repairing these bubbles?

RE: NEW TV's

klenger Great job in installing the TV.
I have to put one in the livingroom and it can't be larger that 22"wide.
The TV mount looks
great and appears to be just what I need.
What brand is it, the model, and where did you get it?

Mesa, AZ

We plan on being in Mesa, AZ for 1-2 days on April 6th. Any recommendations for a campground for that period?
I have stayed in seeveral but most are geared for long term visitors and the sites were hard to get a 34'fth wheel into.

RE: NEW TV's

A converter box would just add one more piece of equipment. I also would not be able to watch one channel and record another as the box becomes the tuner.

NEW TV's

I'm probably going to have to get a replacement TV come Feb.
I want a LCD 20" with a DVD player.
Any suggestions?
Any brands that do not lent themselves to RV's because of the motion/bounce?

Flat Screen TV

As with most of us I will probably have to get new flat screen TV's for my trailer, 15" & 20".
Are there any brands that i should avoid? Are there brands that travel better than others?
A new 20" set that also plays DVD's would go a long way to reduce clutter in my reg.
